A graduate from NIT Karnataka and an Associate Member of ICAI, he is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), with specialized skills in technology-driven assurance and compliance services.

His areas of specialization include Direct & Indirect Taxation, Information System Audits, Cyber Laws, Forensic Audits, and Statutory Audits of both private and public limited companies. He has also advised extensively on ROC matters of LLPs and companies, and is recognized for his capabilities in system analysis and the design of customized ERPs and accounting applications tailored to client needs.
